- Liaoning: Liaison with the Government Official Like FDA, Food, Labour, Factory Inspector, Pollution, Fire for smooth operation,

- cGMP Adherence: Ensure all manufacturing processes strictly conform to current Valuable Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Data Integrity:



Enforce strict data integrity standards across all manufacturing logs, batch production records (BPRs), and automated systems.

Financial &

- Budgetary Control

- P&L; Responsibility: Manage the plants operational expenditure (OpEx) and capital expenditure (CapEx) budgets.

- Cost Optimization: Identify and implement cost-saving measures through continuous improvement initiatives, waste reduction, and energy efficiency.

EHS, Leadership &

- Culture

- Safety First: Foster a culture of zero accidents by strictly enforcing Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines.

- Team Development: Mentor and build a high-performing team of department heads, engineers, and technicians; handle performance management and succession planning.
