URGENT HIRING – PLANT HEAD / OPERATIONS HEAD

Location: Sonipat, Haryana

Position: Plant Head / Operations Head

CTC: Up to ₹25 LPA

Experience: 15+ Years

Industry: Automobile Components Manufacturing

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Plant Head to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations and drive production, quality, delivery, cost optimization, productivity, and operational excellence.

The candidate will oversee multiple functions including Injection Molding, Chrome Plating, Paint Shop, Tool Room, Assembly, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, PPC, SCM & Dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall plant operations and achieve SQDCP targets.
- Manage Injection Molding, Electroplating, Paint Shop, Assembly & Tool Room operations.
- Improve OEE, productivity, capacity utilization & plant efficiency.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, 5S & Continuous Improvement.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO & customer-specific requirements.
- Lead customer/process audits and corrective actions.
- Drive cost reduction, machine uptime & operational efficiency.
- Lead departmental heads across Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, PPC & SCM.
- Ensure EHS, statutory compliance and workplace discipline.




- Build a robust, accountable and performance-driven leadership team.

Desired Skills Strong experience in Automobile / Auto-Component Manufacturing

Expertise in Injection Molding, Chrome Plating, Paint Shop & Assembly

Knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA & Lean Manufacturing

Strong exposure to OEM / Tier-1 customer requirements

Experience managing large manufacturing teams and multiple plant functions

Excellent leadership, decision-making & problem-solving skills

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Automobile Engineering

MBA – Operations preferred

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates from Motherson, Uno Minda, Lumax, Varroc, JBM Group, Endurance Technologies, ASK Automotive, Sansera Engineering, Gabriel India, Jamna Auto or similar OEM/Tier-1 automobile component organizations will be preferred.
