About the Company

We are a premium furniture manufacturer specializing in handcrafted luxury wooden furniture and bespoke interior solutions for high-end villas and residences across Delhi NCR. Our expertise includes manufacturing custom living room furniture, luxury wooden doors (20 feet & above in height), and premium furniture crafted with exceptional quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete furniture manufacturing plant operations.
- Plan, supervise, and optimize production of luxury wooden furniture and oversized custom doors.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Manage production planning, manpower, machinery, and resource allocation.
- Drive productivity, process improvements, and cost optimization.
- Monitor inventory, material utilization, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational SOPs.
- Coordinate with design, project, procurement, and installation teams for seamless execution.
- Train, mentor,



and lead production supervisors and shop-floor teams.

Candidate Profile

- 1015+ years of experience in furniture manufacturing.
- Proven experience as Plant Head/Factory Head/Production Head in the premium furniture industry.
- Strong understanding of solid wood furniture manufacturing, joinery, finishing, and bespoke production.
- Experience handling large custom furniture projects and luxury wooden doors is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage production schedules, quality, and delivery timelines efficiently.
