Planning Engineer / Planning Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer / Planning Coordinator to manage project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and coordination activities for construction/real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project progress against planned targets.
- Prepare DPR, WPR, and MPR reports.
- Track project milestones and planned vs. actual progress.
- Coordinate with site teams, procurement, contractors, and project management teams.
- Conduct delay analysis and critical path analysis.
- Identify project delays and assist in developing recovery plans.
- Maintain project schedules, reports, and relevant project data.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between different project teams.

Required Skills




- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and project reporting.
- Strong planning and scheduling skills.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Robust project coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Candidate Requirements
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3–7 years of experience in planning and project coordination.
- Experience in construction or real estate projects preferred.
- Candidates should have practical experience with project planning and scheduling tools.
