ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Own the planning, scheduling and programme-control function across hospitality and complex building projects from design and procurement through construction, testing, commissioning and handover. Establish reliable project baselines, measure progress objectively, identify emerging delays and dependencies, forecast outcomes and develop recovery strategies to protect key milestones and project completion dates.

- Develop and maintain the Project Master Programme, Baseline Programme and detailed implementation schedules.
- Establish WBS, milestones, activity sequencing, dependencies, logic and critical paths.
- Integrate Design, Statutory Approvals, Procurement, Civil, Structural, MEP, Interiors, FF&E;, Testing & Commissioning and Handover activities into the overall programme.
- Review contractor and consultant schedules for logic, completeness, sequencing and alignment with the approved Master Programme.
- Establish appropriate progress-measurement methodologies and objectively monitor planned versus actual progress.
- Forecast milestone and project completion dates based on current progress and emerging trends.
- Prepare 2/3/4-week Look-Ahead programmes in coordination with execution teams.
- Identify slippages, critical-path movements, interface constraints, dependencies and emerging schedule risks.
- Prepare recovery, catch-up and mitigation programmes where required.
- Monitor programme-critical design releases, approvals, procurement activities, long-lead items and site interfaces.
- Prepare S-curves, milestone trackers, progress dashboards, manpower/resource reports and management MIS.
- Analyse schedule variance, float consumption and critical-path changes and escalate material risks to Project Management.
- Participate in planning and progress-review meetings and challenge unsupported or unrealistic progress reporting.
- Support delay analysis, EOT assessments and claims-related schedule reviews when required.




- Develop integrated Testing & Commissioning, Snagging, Handover and Operational-Readiness programmes.
- Maintain programme revision history, schedule narratives, assumptions and planning records for proper project-control traceability.

Candidate MUST HAVE :

- 6-8 years of construction planning / project controls experience.
- Meaningful hospitality project planning exposure, preferably hotels or resorts, with scheduling experience covering Civil, MEP, Facility Planning, Mockup room, Interiors, FF&E;, Testing & Commissioning, including sequential handover to operations.
- Advanced working capability in Primavera P6.
- Robust understanding of WBS, CPM, activity logic, dependencies, float and critical path.
- Proven capability in developing Master, Baseline, Detailed and Look-Ahead programmes.
- Strong planned-versus-actual monitoring, progress measurement and schedule-variance analysis capability.
- Experience preparing recovery, catch-up and mitigation programmes.
- Strong MS Excel, reporting and analytical capability.
- Experience integrating Design, Procurement, Construction, Testing & Commissioning activities into a consolidated programme.

- NICMAR / Construction Management / PMI-SP / PMP or equivalent project-management qualifications.
