Job Responsibilities
- Prepare project plans and work schedules
- Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs and estimates
- Prepare and submit RA Bills and Client Bills
- Check site measurements and quantities
- Prepare MB and billing reports
- Track project progress and prepare reports
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors and clients
- Verify subcontractor bills and measurements
- Maintain project documentation and billing records
- Knowledge of MS Excel & AutoCAD preferred
