Role overview:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - Planning to support planning and projects for large scale high rise residential projects at Piramal Realty. The role will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress against planned targets, identifying delays and risks, and coordinating with various project stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

The ideal candidate should have solid exposure to high - rise residential construction, excellent knowledge of construction planning methodologies, and hands-on experience with Primavera P6/MS Project.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop, update and monitor detailed project schedules.
2. Prepare catch up plans,



and look ahead programs in coordination with project teams.
3. Track actual progress, and highlight scheduled deviations, critical activities and potential delays.
4. Coordinate with Construction, Design, Procurement, Contracts, MEP, QA/QC, Sales, and other project functions to obtain accurate progress updates.
5. Review contractor schedules and progress submissions and ensure alignment with the approved project baseline.
6. Support senior management in forecasting project completion dates and identifying potential schedule risks.
7. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of changes, delays, constraints, and mitigation measures.
