? Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR, Marketing, Management or relevant field

? Experience: 2–5 Years in Placement, Corporate Relations, Campus Recruitment or related field

Key Responsibilities• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate recruiters and industry partners

- Coordinate campus placement drives, interviews and recruitment activities
- Invite companies for campus recruitment and manage the complete placement process
- Build current corporate connections and generate placement opportunities
- Coordinate with students, faculty and recruiters
- Organize pre-placement talks, career guidance and employability activities
- Maintain placement records, MIS and reports
