Corporate
Relations & Industry Networking
- Act as the primary liaison between the university and corporate entities, industry leaders, and recruiters.
- Proactively cultivate, expand, and manage a robust network of corporate partners to secure campus recruitment drives, summer internships, and live projects.
- Organize corporate engagement initiatives such as industry visits, guest lectures, CXO interaction sessins, and panel discussions.
- Continuously benchmark placement trends, market demands, and salary standards to ensure program alignment with industry needs.
2.
Student Career
Development & Training
- Collaborate with academic departments and training partners to design and execute pre-placement training programs (e.g., resume building, soft skills, aptitude tests, mock interviews).
- Counsel students individually or in groups regarding career paths, job search tactics, and interview preparation.
- Evaluate student readiness through assessments and map student competencies to appropriate market opportunities.
3.
Placement
Operations & Execution
- Oversee the end-to-end campus recruitment lifecycle, including invitation of companies, scheduling pre-placement talks, managing written tests, interviews, and final roll-out of offers.
- Coordinate logistics for virtual and on-campus recruitment drives.
- Manage a centralized database tracking student profiles, career choices, employer contacts, interview statuses, and final placement metrics.
4. Strategy & Institutional Growth
- Formulate and implement strategic plans to improve overall placement percentages and average compensation packages year-on-year.
- Work alongside marketing and admissions teams to showcase placement success stories and high ROI for prospective students.
- Maintain robust relationships with the university alumni network to leverage referrals and corporate mentorship
