Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced PL/SQL Developer with solid expertise in Oracle database development and performance optimization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing complex PL/SQL objects and data transformation solutions. Exposure to Snowflake and cloud-based data warehousing technologies is required for supporting data migration and modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex PL/SQL programs, packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable database solutions.
- Perform SQL and PL/SQL performance tuning to improve application efficiency.
- Support ETL processes, data integration, and data validation activities.
- Work on data migration and modernization initiatives involving Snowflake.
- Develop and optimize database objects to ensure data integrity and high availability.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and project stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to team members.
Required Experience
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development.
- Strong experience with data warehousing and ETL concepts.
- Experience in handling large-scale databases and performance tuning.
- Working knowledge of Snowflake and cloud data platforms.
- Experience in Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to BFSI domain projects.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and release management processes.
- Snowflake or Oracle-related certifications will be an added advantage.
