This is a full-time in office role for a Piping & Mechanical Supervisor located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Piping & Mechanical Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations involving the inspection, scheduling, and supervision of all piping and mechanical maintenance activities.
Responsibilities include ensuring preventive maintenance is carried out efficiently and managing maintenance staff to ensure high standards in maintenance management. The role requires close coordination with other departments to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills required for managing maintenance staff and ensuring smooth operations
- Experience in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Management to ensure operational efficiency and durability of equipment
- Inspection and Maintenance skills necessary for diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
