About the Role

TLC Art Cafe is looking for a skilled Pizza & Bakery Chef to lead our dough, bread, and pizza program. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Italian or Continental kitchens and takes ownership of quality, consistency, and cost control at their station.

Key Responsibilities

2–4 years of experience in a hotel or recognized restaurant, with a background in Italian or Continental cuisine

Robust hands-on experience in dough and bread handling — kneading, proofing, shaping, and baking

Ability to work independently as well as under pressure during peak hours

Manage ingredient inventory and control kitchen costs

Maintain consistent recipe standards across all shifts

Requirements

Prior experience in a cafe, bakery, or restaurant kitchen

Working knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Good time management and ability to multitask during service A genuine passion for baking and Italian/Continental food
