Role Description The Physical Therapist at MantraCare provides remote, patient-centered musculoskeletal and rehabilitation care within MantraCare’s digital ecosystem. This part-time role involves assessing patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and guiding therapeutic exercises through virtual sessions and digital tools.
The Physical
Therapist collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to support chronic care and wellness programs, documents care plans and progress in electronic systems, and ensures evidence-based, safe interventions.
The role includes patient education on injury prevention, self-management, and home-based exercise, while maintaining transparent, professional communication and high standards of clinical quality in a remote environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in clinical Medicine and Physical Therapy, with the ability to integrate best practices into remote care delivery.
- Competence in Rehabilitation planning and implementation, including designing and adjusting therapy programs based on patient progress.
- Demonstrated skills in Patient Care, including assessment, ongoing monitoring, and empathetic communication in virtual settings.
- Experience in Home Care or home-based therapy, with the ability to adapt exercises and plans to patients’ environments and resources.
- Valid licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist (or equivalent) in relevant jurisdiction(s).
- Experience with telehealth platforms, digital documentation, and remote patient engagement is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage a part-time caseload, and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams.
- Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory, and culturally sensitive care for diverse patient populations.
