We are urgently looking for talented Physical Design Engineers (2–5 years experience) to join our rapidly growing ASIC/SoC design team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of top-tier engineers to deliver next-generation silicon.

What You Will Do:
- Drive block-level and/or top-level Place and Route (PnR) from netlist to GDSII.
- Perform floorplanning, power planning, placement, Clock Tree Synthesis (CTS), routing, and timing closure.
- Collaborate with frontend, DFT, and sign-off teams to resolve complex design challenges.
- Debug and resolve routing congestion and timing violations.
Required Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Physical Design (Place & Route).
- Robust proficiency in industry-standard PnR tools: Cadence Innovus and/or Synopsys IC Compiler II (ICC2) / Fusion Compiler.
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end physical design flow and methodology.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Desirable Skills (Standout Candidates):
- Advanced Nodes: Tape-out experience in 5nm and below.
- Tool Versatility: Wide usage and deep familiarity with a complete EDA toolchain from either Synopsys (e.g., Fusion Compiler/ICC2, PrimeTime, StarRC, IC Validator) OR Cadence (e.g., Genus, Innovus, Tempus, Quantus, Pegasus/Calibre).
- Strong scripting skills (Tcl, Python, or Perl) to automate physical design flows.
