Attend customers politely and understand their requirements. Assist in selling medicines, OTC products, wellness products and FMCG items. Dispense prescription medicines only under the supervision of the registered pharmacist.
Suggest suitable add-on products and permitted substitutes without pressuring customers. Prepare bills accurately and accept cash, UPI and card payments. Locate products quickly and maintain proper rack arrangement.
Check stock availability, batch numbers and expiry dates. Record unavailable products and inform the purchase team. Receive and verify stock whenever assigned. Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the sales counter.
Support home-delivery order preparation when required. Complete shift handovers and report pending work correctly.
Follow
