Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed and detail-oriented Pharmacist to manage pharmaceutical inventory, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee day-to-day store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, monitoring product quality, handling documentation, and supporting efficient warehouse and distribution activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of pharmaceutical products and medical supplies.
- Ensure proper storage conditions as per product specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Implement and maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) practices.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory verification.
- Monitor product expiry dates and coordinate timely stock movement.
- Prepare inventory reports and maintain store-related documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement, regulatory, sales, and logistics teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable pharmaceutical regulations and company SOPs.
- Handle inward and outward documentation, including GRNs, stock transfers, and dispatch records.
- Investigate and report stock discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the store.
Qualifications
- B.Pharm or D.Pharm from a recognized institution.
- Valid Pharmacist Registration Certificate.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical storage and inventory management practices.
- Familiarity with inventory software, ERP systems, or MS Excel.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical stores, warehouses, drug distribution, or inventory management.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries preferred.
