Job Summary:

Healic Hospital, Gurgaon is looking for a Fresher Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Department. The candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day pharmacy operations, medicine dispensing, stock management, documentation, and maintaining compliance with hospital pharmacy procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Dispense medicines as per valid prescriptions and doctor’s instructions.
- Check medicine name, dosage, quantity, batch number, and expiry before dispensing.
- Maintain proper stock of medicines and pharmacy supplies.
- Monitor expiry and near-expiry medicines and maintain records.
- Maintain proper records of medicine receipts, issues, returns, and stock movements.
- Assist in regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Ensure medicines are stored properly as per required storage conditions.
- Maintain pharmacy registers and required documentation.
- Assist in maintaining records for Schedule H/H1 medicines, wherever applicable.
- Check and maintain availability of essential medicines.
- Assist in handling expired, damaged,



and returned medicines as per hospital procedures.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments for medicine-related requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the pharmacy.
- Follow hospital policies, pharmacy procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Support pharmacy audits and ensure proper documentation.
- Report stock discrepancies, expired medicines, or any pharmacy-related issues to the concerned senior.
- Perform other pharmacy-related duties as assigned by the management.

Eligibility:

- D.Pharm / B.Pharm from a recognized institution.
- Valid Pharmacist Registration with the State Pharmacy Council.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of medicines and pharmacy operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a hospital environment.
- Ability to work in shifts, if required.

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year Employment Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
