Job Profile

RK Life Care Inc. is looking for an experienced Pharmaceutical Store Manager to manage store operations at our Dry Injection Manufacturing Plant.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage receipt, storage, issuance and dispatch of Raw Materials, Packing Materials and Finished Goods.
- Maintain proper batch-wise inventory and stock records.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices for material movement.
- Manage Quarantine, Approved, Rejected and Returned material segregation.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Production and Purchase departments for material requirements and movement.
- Maintain inward/outward records, stock registers and inventory reconciliation.
- Monitor material expiry and near-expiry stock.
- Ensure proper storage conditions, housekeeping and material identification.
- Maintain store documentation as per GMP/WHO-GMP requirements.
- Support physical stock verification,



audits and regulatory inspections.
- Ensure proper traceability of all materials from receipt to issuance.
- Handle day-to-day store activities and supervise store staff.

Qualification

- Graduate / Diploma / B.Pharm or relevant qualification.
- 2–3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.
- Experience in Dry Injection / Sterile Manufacturing Plant will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical warehouse/store operations.
- Knowledge of GMP/WHO-GMP documentation.
- Inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Positive understanding of RM, PM and Finished Goods handling.
- Basic knowledge of ERP/software-based inventory management.
- Good coordination and team-management skills.

Candidate Preference Candidates with previous experience in a Dry Injection Pharmaceutical Plant will be given preference.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
