– Executive - MIS E-commerce Experience: 1 - 2 YearsLocation: Gurgaon

About the Role:

We are looking for an Executive MIS - E-commerce professional with strong expertise in Excel, bulk report generation, data management, and process automation. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets and developing efficient reporting and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations and reporting.
- Generate and manage bulk reports across e-commerce/marketplace platforms.
- Work extensively on MS Excel, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Create and maintain Excel macros/VBA-based automation to reduce manual effort and improve reporting efficiency.
- Automate repetitive operational and reporting processes.
- Consolidate, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
- Track key operational metrics, sales data, inventory, orders, and campaign performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly MIS and performance reports.
- Identify data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy across reports.
- Develop dashboards and automated reporting formats for stakeholders.
- Work with internal teams and marketplace partners to resolve operational and data-related issues.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Must Have :

- 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce Operations / MIS / Business Operations / Reporting.
- Robust Advanced Excel skills.
- Hands-on experience with Macros/VBA and report automation.
- Experience handling large/bulk datasets and bulk report generation.
- Strong understanding of MIS, data analysis, and reporting.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Blinkit is preferred.
