Requirements KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Contribute to the development and scaling of quick commerce operations and business processes.

- Take ownership of assigned business initiatives from planning through execution.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across operations, product, technology, supply chain, marketing, and customer experience.
- Analyse business and operational challenges and develop practical, scalable solutions.
- Support the design and implementation of processes that improve efficiency, customer experience, and service quality.
- Monitor key operational and business metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Use data and business insights to support decision-making and prioritisation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of strategic and operational initiatives.
- Identify bottlenecks across customer journeys, fulfilment, inventory, delivery, or operational workflows and drive resolution.
- Support experimentation and implementation of new processes, products, and operating models.
- Develop reports, dashboards, documentation,



and operating frameworks as required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across business and operational functions.
