Performance Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to take ownership of NISHANI’s paid marketing across Meta and Google, based in Jaipur.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands performance marketing, is comfortable with numbers and can turn data into action.

What you’ll be doing

Paid Media

- Plan, launch and manage Meta and Google Ads
- Manage budgets, targeting, bidding, campaign structure and optimisation
- Test audiences, creatives, messaging and campaign formats
- Work with the creative team to develop and test high-performing ad creatives

Performance & Growth

- Analyse campaign performance and track ROAS, CAC, CPC, CPM, CTR, CVR, AOV and revenue
- Identify opportunities to optimise, scale or restructure campaigns
- Continuously test and improve performance based on data
- Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition and conversion
- Stay updated on changes across Meta and Google

What we’re looking for
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of D2C, e-commerce and performance marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with budgets, data and performance metrics
- Understanding of tracking, attribution and conversion funnels




- Ability to work closely with creative and e-commerce teams
- Commercially minded with a focus on revenue and profitable growth
- Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable taking ownership

Preferred: Experience with D2C, fashion, jewellery, premium or lifestyle brands will be an advantage.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who can understand the numbers, identify what’s working and take action.
