We’re looking for a data-driven and creative Performance Marketer to join our growth team. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across digital platforms to drive user acquisition, engagement, and ROI. If you love experimenting with ad creatives, analyzing numbers, and scaling campaigns, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages to improve CTR, CVR, and ROAS
- Monitor daily performance metrics and generate actionable insights
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing creatives
- Conduct A/B tests and funnel experiments to improve conversion rates
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns stay within allocated spends
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, ad policies, and industry trends
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and dashboards

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field




- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (internships count!)
- Strong understanding of digital ad platforms, bidding strategies, and attribution models
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads
- Analytical mindset with comfort in Excel/Sheets and basic data interpretation
- Creative eye for ad copy and visual storytelling
- Bonus: Experience with tools like Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, or Mixpanel
