About The Ro le

We are seeking a performance-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team at Ace Of Estates. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing lead generation campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of running successful performance campaigns that deliver high-quality leads with a strong return on investment (ROI). This position requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital advertising, capable of analyzing data, optimizing campaigns, and continuously improving performance metrics.

Specialist will work closely with creative, content, and sales teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences and convert prospects into lea ds.
