Performance Marketing Manager – Meta Ads & E-commerce Growth

About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of our Meta Ads and help us scale revenue, increase orders and improve overall advertising performance.

Our current business is already generating approximately:

- 12000+ orders per month
- ₹84 Lakh+ monthly sales before RTO
- ₹55 Lakh+ net sales after RTO
- Current Meta ROAS: 5X

We are looking for someone who can take our existing performance to the next level by scaling successful campaigns, improving ROAS and continuously finding opportunities to increase profitable revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Facebook & Instagram Ads end-to-end.
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining healthy ROAS.
- Develop strategies to increase monthly revenue and order volume.
- Continuously test current campaigns, audiences, creatives and offers.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize budgets based on campaign profitability.
- Improve CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC and conversion rates.
- Identify winning products and creatives and scale their performance.
- Work with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Monitor customer acquisition and overall funnel performance.
- Analyze Meta Ads along with Shopify sales data.
- Optimize campaigns with consideration for RTO and actual net sales.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Continuously experiment with new Meta Ads strategies.
- Prepare regular performance reports and actionable recommendations.

Your Objective Increase revenue + increase orders + improve ROAS + scale the business profitably.

We want someone who can take an already-performing E-commerce business and help build it into a significantly larger business.

will be strongly preferred. Experience with Shopify and large product/SKU catalogs will be an added advantage.

- 3–6 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
- Strong E-commerce/D2C experience.
- Proven experience scaling Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of ROAS and profitability.
- Data-driven approach to decision making.
- Strong creative and campaign testing mindset.
- Ability to independently analyze performance and take action.
- Experience handling meaningful advertising budgets.
- Strong understanding of the complete E-commerce funnel.

We want someone who can take ownership of growth and continuously ask: How can we increase orders, revenue and profitability from our existing advertising?

Salary₹50,000–₹75,000/month + Performance Incentives Exceptional candidates with a strong proven track record can be offered up to ₹90,000/month.

Performance incentives will be linked to profitable revenue growth, ROAS and incremental business performance.
