PERFORMANCE MARKETING & GROWTH MANAGER

Role

Own the complete growth funnel across Ode Spa, Zen, Retreat, Ridhira Retreat Gandipet.

This is a hands-on role spanning paid acquisition, creative, CRO, tracking, CRM, attribution, analytics, and revenue optimization.

Responsibilities

- Own Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube and other relevant paid channels.
- Build and optimize full-funnel campaigns from TOFU to BOFU.
- Optimize for qualified leads, bookings and revenue, not just CPL.
- Manage audiences, budgets, creatives, offers and retargeting.
- Develop creative briefs, hooks, messaging and testing strategies.
- Optimize landing pages, forms, CTAs and conversion journeys.
- Own tracking across GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel/CAPI and UTMs.
- Connect campaign data with Zoho CRM, Knowlarity and booking/revenue systems.
- Build campaign-to-revenue attribution.
- Analyze CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, ROI, conversion rate and revenue.
- Run structured experiments across audience, creative, offer and funnel.
- Identify automation opportunities using AI and marketing tools.
- Work closely with sales, creative, product and technical teams.
