Role Description The Performance Marketing Manager will oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of paid marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive user acquisition and engagement. This full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai involves managing campaign budgets, monitoring performance metrics, and running A/B tests to improve conversions and return on ad spend. The person in this role will work closely with product, content, and design teams to create targeted campaigns, refine audience segmentation, and maintain consistent brand messaging.

Responsibilities also include analyzing data,



preparing performance reports, and recommending strategies to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in performance marketing, including hands-on experience with paid search, paid social, and display campaigns.
- Ability to work with analytics tools to track KPIs, interpret campaign data, and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and audience segmentation.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals such as funnel management, attribution, and campaign measurement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in fintech, investing, or a high-growth digital product environment is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Navi Mumbai and manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
