Job Summary

We're looking for a curious, analytical, and performance-driven Performance Marketing Intern to join our team at Intent Farm. You get hands-on exposure to running and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta and Google Ads for eCommerce and D2C brands.

Responsibilities

- Campaign Support &
- Execution: Assist in planning and executing performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. Support campaign setup, audience research, keyword research, ad creation, and basic campaign management. Monitor campaigns regularly and flag performance issues or opportunities for optimization. Work with the team to implement full-funnel advertising strategies across different stages of the customer journey.

- Campaign Optimization &

- Growth: Track key performance metrics. Assist in A/B testing creatives, audiences, ad copies, and campaign strategies. Research competitors, audiences, industry trends, and platform updates to identify potential growth opportunities.

- Analytics &

- Reporting: Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports. Support tracking and reporting using tools such as Google Sheets/Excel, GA4, and Looker Studio. Help maintain campaign trackers, budgets, and performance dashboards.

- Learning &

- Collaboration: Work closely with performance marketers to understand campaign strategy and decision-making.



Collaborate with creative and content teams to understand how creatives impact campaign performance. Stay updated with changes across Meta, Google, and the broader digital advertising ecosystem. Take ownership of assigned tasks and gradually handle campaigns with greater independence.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field.

- Strong interest in digital advertising and performance marketing.

- Basic understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, or digital marketing concepts is preferred.

- Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and data.

- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and willingness to experiment and learn.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

- Prior internship, certification, academic project, or hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing is a plus.
