Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing Executive role based in Siliguri.

- Plan, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop campaign strategies based on business objectives, target audience, budget, and desired outcomes.
- Conduct audience research, competitor research,



and keyword research where required.
- Create and manage different campaign types including lead generation, traffic, engagement, conversion, and remarketing campaigns.

Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Valuable understanding of campaign optimisation, audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion funnels.
- Ability to understand and analyse marketing data and performance metrics.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Experience working with an agency or multiple clients will be an advantage.
