Cureveda is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in D2C e-commerce brands, preferably in nutra, wellness, or fitness. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, ROAS, and customer acquisition through data-driven paid marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
· End-to-end execution and optimization of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
· Conduct Google keyword research and support Google Ads campaigns.
· Research and stay updated on digital advertising trends.
· Analyze competitors’ products, pricing, and campaign strategies.
· Ideate and contribute to ad communication and campaign strategy.
· Coordinate and find references for photoshoots and creatives.
· Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, growth, and analytics to stakeholders.
· Scale campaigns efficiently to maximize ROI and ROAS.
· Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and spend on a regular basis.
· Brainstorm and execute experiments and A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
Requirements:
· 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing for D2C / e-commerce brands.
· Prior experience in nutra, wellness, ayurveda, or fitness brands preferred.
· Robust hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads.
· Experience in scaling campaigns with a performance and ROI mindset.
· Data-driven, execution-focused, and result-oriented.
