Role: Performance Marketing Executive

Employment Type: Full-time The Reppro a rapid-growing PR and communications agency is looking for a passionate Performance Marketing Executive to join our team who’ll work on campaigns that spark conversations, paid campaigns, social media management, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Track campaign metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, conversions, and engagement and support campaign optimization.
- Conduct basic audience, keyword, competitor, and market research.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
- Create and maintain social media content calendars, captions, posts, reels, and stories.
- Coordinate with designers/content teams for creatives and campaigns.




- Monitor social media trends and identify relevant content opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and share insights.
- Support other digital marketing and content initiatives as required.

Skills & Qualifications (Required)

- Minimum 9 months of experience in similar role.
- Basic hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing metrics.
- Good communication and content-writing skills.
- Familiarity with Canva and basic analytics tools is preferred.
- Creative, analytical, proactive and eager to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team.
