Beyond Nexis is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive / Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital platforms. You will own campaign performance end-to-end — from strategy and budget allocation to creative testing and ROI reporting — to drive measurable growth in leads,

conversions, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn,

and other relevant platforms.

Own campaign budgets and optimize spend to maximize ROAS, CPL, and CAC targets.

Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance.

Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.

Collaborate with the design/content team to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.

Manage marketing funnels and work closely with sales to ensure quality lead flow and conversion tracking.

Stay current with platform updates, industry trends,



and competitor activity to identify current growth opportunities.

Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

Manage marketing budgets responsibly and forecast spend against targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

1–3 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.

Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.

Understanding of the full-funnel marketing approach — awareness, consideration, conversion, retention.
