Comet Healthcare Solutions is looking for an experienced Performance Marketer to join our digital marketing team and take ownership of paid advertising campaigns for healthcare and other digital-first clients.

The role involves managing campaigns end-to-end, from strategy and campaign setup to optimisation, reporting and performance analysis.

? Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai | On-site

? Position: Performance Marketer

? Work Days: Monday–Saturday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

? Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month

? Experience: Minimum 1 year

- Key Responsibilities

-Plan, execute and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads

-Develop campaign strategies based on client objectives, target audiences and budgets

-Conduct audience, keyword and competitor research

-Set up campaigns, ad sets, targeting, budgets and conversion tracking

-Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions and overall campaign performance

-Continuously test and optimise creatives, audiences, placements and ad copies

-Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement

-Prepare performance reports and communicate insights to clients and internal teams





-Coordinate with the content, design and marketing teams for campaign creatives

-Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend

-Stay updated with platform changes, trends and performance marketing best practices

- What We’re Looking For

-Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in performance marketing

-Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

-Understanding of conversion tracking, funnels and campaign analytics

-Ability to analyse data and make performance-driven decisions

-Experience with lead-generation campaigns is preferred

-Robust communication and reporting skills

-Ability to manage multiple client campaigns and meet deadlines

-Healthcare/digital marketing agency experience will be an advantage
