? We're Hiring: Business Excellence Associate

We are looking for a Business Excellence Associate to support process improvement, performance management, operational efficiency, and governance across departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Document and standardize processes, SOPs, workflows, and process maps.
- Track departmental KPIs/KRIs and prepare performance reports and dashboards.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and recurring operational issues.
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and governance activities.
- Conduct basic root-cause analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
- Analyze operational data and provide insights to support management decisions.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Management, Operations, Finance, Engineering,



or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Business Excellence, Operations, Business Analysis, Quality, Process Management, or related areas.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship/project experience may also apply.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis.
- Robust analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Zoho, ClickUp, or similar tools is an advantage.
