Role Summary:

We are looking for a Senior PeopleSoft Administrator with 8+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end PeopleSoft administration for large enterprise environments.

Responsibilities:

Installation, configuration, and maintenance of PeopleSoft applications (HCM / FSCM / Campus Solutions) on PeopleTools 8.5x / 8.6x.Perform PeopleTools upgrades, application upgrades, PUM image implementation, patches, bundles, and tax updates using Change Assistant and PUM.

Administration of WebLogic, Tuxedo, Application Server, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, and Elasticsearch.

Managing PeopleSoft security including roles, permission lists, row-level security, and SSO / LDAP / OAuth integration.

Database support for Oracle / SQL Server including DB refreshes, clones, backup and restore.

Performance monitoring and tuning of App Servers, Web Servers,



batch processes and nVision reports.

Handling code migrations, compare reports, retrofitting customizations, and managing DEV / TEST / PROD environments using STAT / Phire.

Configuration of Integration Broker, REST / SOAP web services and third-party integrations.

Support for High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Load Balancing, and SSL certificate management.

Automation via Shell / Python / PowerShell scripting and 24x7 production support with Oracle SR handling and RCA.

Creating and maintaining technical documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and architecture diagrams.

Required Skills:
