We are looking for a seasoned Pega Developer to design, build, and support enterprise-grade Pega applications. The ideal candidate combines deep Pega development experience, hands-on knowledge of Pega Cloud and the latest Pega features (including Constellation and GENAI capabilities), solid API/REST skills.

Key responsibilities

- Design, development, and delivery of complex Pega applications across the full lifecycle (requirements, design, build, test, deploy, support)

- Implement solutions using Pega Platform best practices, including rule-based organization, case design, declarative processing, and reusability.

- Manage and optimize Pega Cloud infrastructure; collaborate with cloud operations for deployments, scaling, patching, and incident resolution

- Leverage Pegas latest capabilities (Constellation, GENAI features, AI/ML integrations, Decisioning) to deliver innovative solutions that improve user experience and automate decision processes.

- Design and implement REST services, API integrations, and Data Pages for reliable data access, caching, and system-to-system communication.

- Strong knowledge on Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)





- 5 years working extensively on the Pega Platform (Pega Certified Senior System Architect).

- Hands-on experience with Pega Cloud infrastructure: deployments, environment management, cloud patching/upgrade processes, monitoring, and cost/scale considerations.

- Strong experience implementing REST APIs, SOAP integrations, connectors, Data Pages, and external system integration patterns.

- Experience with performance tuning and load testing Pega applications, and implementing remediation strategies.

- Strong understanding of application security, data protection, and secure coding practices.

- Excellent communication skills, and client-facing experience.

Nice-to-have :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) beyond Pega Cloud for integrations or auxiliary services.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Pega (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.).

- Experience with regulatory audits and validation deliverables (IQ/OQ/PQ) for GxP applications.

- Exposure to modern observability tools for monitoring Pega health.
