Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate MBBS/BAMS Pediatrician to join our team at the 104 Health Helpline Centre. The selected candidate will provide telephonic medical consultation and guidance to parents and caregivers regarding children's health concerns. The role involves assessing symptoms, offering appropriate medical advice, addressing urgent health-related queries, and promoting preventive healthcare practices while ensuring high standards of patient care

Key Responsibilities

· Provide telephonic medical consultation for pediatric health concerns.

· Assess symptoms and recommend appropriate treatment or further medical evaluation.

· Guide parents and caregivers on child healthcare, nutrition, vaccination, growth, and preventive care.

· Handle urgent health-related inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

· Maintain accurate records of all consultations and call interactions.

· Follow clinical protocols and organizational guidelines while delivering medical advice.

· Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to ensure quality service delivery.

Educational Qualification:

· MBBS (Mandatory), MD/DNB in Pediatrics

· Valid Medical Council Registration.





Experience

· 0–1 year of experience

· Freshers with a valid MBBS/BAMS qualification are welcome to apply.

· Strong clinical knowledge in pediatric healthcare.

· Ability to make informed clinical decisions over telephonic consultations.

· Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
