About the role Anushakti Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (Kudasan, Gandhinagar) is looking for a PCB Design Engineer to design and deliver production-ready printed circuit boards for our electronics, RF and drone / anti-drone products. You will work directly with our hardware team and will be guided on our specific designs and in-house design methods.

Key responsibilities Design multilayer PCBs (up to 6–7 layers) from schematic to layout: component placement, routing, stack-up planning and power/ground integrity.

Apply basic RF layout practices: controlled impedance traces, grounding, shielding and antenna/RF section placement. Run DRC / DFM / DFA checks and prepare fabrication and assembly outputs (Gerber, drill, pick-and-place, BOM).



Coordinate with PCB fabrication and assembly vendors; review quotes and resolve manufacturing queries.

Support prototype bring-up and testing, and incorporate feedback into design revisions. Maintain component libraries, footprints and design documentation. Must-have requirements Minimum 1 year of hands-on PCB layout experience; multilayer board experience preferred.

Working knowledge of Altium Designer, KiCad, OrCAD or Eagle (please mention the tool and boards you have designed in your application). Ability to read schematics and datasheets, create footprints and select suitable components. Basic understanding of RF / high-frequency layout.

Diploma / degree in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electrical or related field. Attention to detail and willingness to learn our in-house design methods. Interview process Walk-in / in-person interview at our Kudasan office.

Bring your portfolio: sample PCB layouts, Gerber files or screenshots of boards you designed. A short practical PCB layout test will be given.

Salary and perks Fixed salary Rs. 15,000 – Rs. 25,000 per month, decided on your skills and experience. Incentives and performance-based salary increases. Company-provided laptop / desktop and design tools. One paid leave per month.

Work details Work from office: E-317, Siddhraj Z-Square, School Road, Kudasan, Gandhinagar, Gujarat – 382421. Full time, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
