We are looking for a Patient Care Assistant Tutor with strong practical patient-care experience to train students in both theory and hands-on healthcare procedures. The candidate should be capable of providing practical demonstrations and training students to confidently use basic patient-care equipment and perform essential caregiving procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct theoretical and practical training for Patient Care Assistant students.

- Provide hands-on training using patient-care equipment and training aids.

- Demonstrate the correct use of equipment such as:

- Wheelchairs and walking aids

- Patient beds and bed-making equipment

- BP monitors and thermometers

- Pulse oximeters

- Glucometers

- Patient transfer and positioning equipment

- Feeding and personal-care equipment

- Other basic patient-care and healthcare training equipment

- Train students in safe patient handling, transferring, positioning, mobility assistance, feeding, personal hygiene, and vital-sign monitoring.

- Ensure students get sufficient practical exposure and develop confidence in performing patient-care procedures.

- Supervise students during practical sessions and evaluate their skills.

- Teach proper infection-control, hygiene, safety, and patient-comfort practices.

- Prepare practical demonstrations,



training activities, and assessments.

- Maintain and properly use training equipment during practical sessions.

- Guide students to follow professional standards while providing patient care.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum Diploma in Nursing, Patient Care, Healthcare, Allied Health, Geriatric Care, or a related field.

- Relevant healthcare or patient-care certification is required/preferred.

- Hands-on patient-care experience is mandatory.

Experience Required

- Previous practical experience in patient care is essential.

- Experience working in a hospital, clinic, nursing home, home healthcare, or similar healthcare environment is preferred.

- Previous experience as a trainer, tutor, instructor, or clinical educator will be an added advantage.

Skills Required

- Strong practical knowledge of patient care.

- Good knowledge of basic patient-care equipment and their safe operation.

- Excellent communication and teaching skills.

- Ability to demonstrate procedures clearly and patiently.

- Ability to train students through hands-on practical sessions.

- Responsible, compassionate, and skilled approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
