Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and responsible Psychologist to provide psychological assessment, counseling, and support to individuals facing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, empathy, professional ethics, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

- Conduct psychological assessments, interviews, and behavioral evaluations.
- Provide individual counseling and psychological support to clients.
- Identify emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns.
- Develop appropriate counseling and intervention plans based on client needs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Monitor clients progress and modify intervention strategies when required.
- Provide guidance on stress management, emotional well-being, relationships, and coping strategies.




- Work collaboratively with other healthcare or support professionals when required.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in all interactions.
- Participate in awareness programs, workshops, and mental health initiatives.

Required Qualification

- Masters Degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Counseling Psychology from a recognized university.
- Good knowledge of psychological assessment and counseling techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental approach.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professional boundaries.
