We are hiring a Sales & Outreach Specialist (Commission-Based).

⚠️ Read this first: This is not a passive internship where you sit in endless Zoom meetings doing administrative work. This is a fast-paced, commission-based role for someone who wants to get into the trenches of a scaling agency.

? What you will actually do:

? Source: Scour Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn for brands leaving money on the table with weak content.

? Pitch: Execute our proprietary "teardown" outreach strategy via WhatsApp, LinkedIn DMs, and Email.

? Book: Hook the prospect and schedule 15-minute strategy calls directly on the founders' calendars.

? Earn:



You get paid a commission for every deal we close from your booked calls. There is no cap on your earnings.

? Who we are looking for: We do not care about your GPA or a lengthy resume. We care about drive, high agency, and a bias for action.

? You understand the creator economy, short-form video, and LinkedIn.

✍️ You can write sharp, confident messages without sounding robotic.

?️ You treat rejection as raw data to sharpen your next pitch.
