EduAdvice™ also runs NGO Udaan, focused on child education and skill development, including children’s theatre in slums and schools in collaboration with the Government of India. Applicants joining EduAdvice™ will be part of a mission-driven organization that aims to make impactful education information accessible to everyone.

Role Description As an Outreach Intern at EduAdvice™, you will support community-building and engagement initiatives with students, educators, institutions, and partner organizations. On a day-to-day basis, you will research relevant education communities, draft outreach messages and emails, and help manage communication across social media, email, and messaging platforms. You will assist in coordinating collaborations, guest posts, and advertising opportunities, as well as promoting EduAdvice™ initiatives such as podcasts,



campus news, scholarship alerts, and NGO Udaan activities.

The role includes tracking outreach responses, maintaining contact databases, and preparing brief reports to inform ongoing engagement strategies. This is an internship role and is fully remote.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, professional outreach messages and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Community Outreach and Customer Service abilities to build relationships, respond to inquiries, and represent EduAdvice™ positively.
- Research skills to identify relevant institutions, communities, and opportunities for collaboration and audience growth.
- Comfort with digital tools and social media platforms used for online engagement and remote collaboration.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in communications, marketing, education, social sciences, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple outreach tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Interest in the education sector, social impact, and community development; prior volunteer or internship experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
