Outlet Manager – Wellness & SpaLocation: Mumbai Airport

Salary: Fixed + Attractive Performance Incentives

We are looking for a confident, outgoing, and sales-oriented Outlet Manager to manage and represent our premium wellness & spa outlet within a hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive daily and monthly outlet sales and revenue targets.
- Proactively engage with hotel guests and convert interactions into bookings and sales.
- Promote wellness services, express therapies, packages, and special offers.
- Upsell and cross-sell services based on guest requirements.
- Ensure a premium guest experience and represent the brand professionally.
- Coordinate with therapists and staff for smooth service delivery and appointment management.
- Maintain outlet hygiene, ambience, grooming, and service standards.
- Take ownership of day-to-day outlet operations and performance.

Desired Profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.




- Sales-driven, target-oriented, and confident in approaching guests.
- Experience in hospitality, hotel lounges, airports, luxury retail, wellness, beauty, memberships, or service sales preferred.
- Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
- Well-groomed, professional, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working flexible shifts in a rapid-paced environment.
- Passion for delivering world-class products and guest service.
