Roles and Responsibilities

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

- Manage billing, credit management, dispute resolution, collection management, and O2C cash application tasks.

- Ensure timely payment from customers through effective collections strategies.

- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and resolve any discrepancies promptly.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-2 years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C) process or related field.

- Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A., B.M.S., B.Com).

- Solid understanding of O2C Cash Application, O2C Billing, Dispute Management, Collection Management, Credit Management concepts.
