Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.

- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., production, logistics) to resolve any issues or delays in the order process.

- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize order fulfillment processes and improve customer satisfaction.

- Escalate complex issues related to orders, such as returns or exchanges, to senior team members for resolution.

Job Requirements :

- 2-5 years of experience in order management & OTC or a related field.

- Solid understanding of e-commerce operations, including order processing, shipping, and inventory management.

- Excellent communication and escalation management skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.

- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) for tracking orders and managing customer interactions.
