Position Overview

We are seeking an Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) Consultant with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to support digital adoption and in-application guidance for Oracle Cloud HCM. The consultant will work with functional, technical, training, and business teams to create intuitive user experiences and accelerate adoption of Oracle Cloud applications.

Responsibilities

· Design, develop, configure, and maintain Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) content.

· Create walkthroughs, smart tips, tooltips, contextual guidance, and in-application assistance.

· Translate Oracle HCM business processes and requirements into effective digital guidance.

· Collaborate with HCM functional consultants, SMEs, training teams, and business stakeholders.

· Develop OGL content for Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time & Labor, and Payroll.

· Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.

· Perform testing and quality assurance of OGL content.

· Maintain and update OGL content for Oracle quarterly releases and application changes.

· Support user adoption, change management, and digital transformation initiatives.

· Troubleshoot OGL content issues and implement enhancements based on user feedback.

· Maintain OGL standards, templates, documentation, and content governance.

Must Have

· 2–3 years of hands-on Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) experience.





· Experience developing OGL walkthroughs, smart tips, tooltips, and contextual guidance.

· Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM.

· Ability to understand business processes and translate them into user-friendly digital guidance.

· Experience supporting SIT/UAT and production deployments.

· Solid analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work effectively with functional, technical, and business stakeholders.

Nice to Have

· Experience on Oracle Cloud HCM implementation or enhancement projects.

· Experience with Oracle HCM quarterly updates.

· Working knowledge of multiple HCM modules such as Core HR, Recruiting, Learning, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time & Labor, or Payroll.

· Experience creating training materials, job aids, process documentation, or e-learning content.

· Experience with other digital adoption platforms such as WalkMe or Whatfix.

· Knowledge of change management and user adoption practices.

Qualifications

· 2–3 years of relevant OGL experience.

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, HR, or a related discipline preferred.

· Oracle Guided Learning or related digital adoption certification is an asset.

· Oracle Cloud HCM experience strongly preferred.
