Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant with strong expertise in General Ledger (GL) and Accounts Receivable (AR), along with good working knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Tax. The candidate should have solid end-to-end implementation and support experience and be comfortable working directly with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials, with strong functional expertise in General Ledger (GL) and Accounts Receivable (AR), along with good working knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Tax.
- Proven experience in multiple end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation and support projects, covering requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production support.
- Strong understanding of accounting entries and end-to-end financial business processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Intercompany Accounting, and Tax.
- Experience configuring ledgers, sub-ledgers, accounting rules, chart of accounts, and financial reporting structures,



while managing period-end and year-end close activities.
- Hands-on experience in data migration, reconciliation, integrations, OTBI, BI Publisher/XML Publisher reporting, system testing (SIT/UAT), quarterly Oracle Fusion updates, incident management, and production support.
- Ability to independently analyze business requirements, provide functional solutions, collaborate with technical teams, and ensure compliance with accounting standards, audit requirements, and internal controls.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills, with the ability to work independently and lead functional discussions.
- Willingness to work in the UK shift and support business-critical activities during client business hours.
