/ Ai Overview Kudzu Infotech is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Oracle DBA to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This is an immediate hiring opportunity for skilled professionals who are ready to make a significant impact on critical database infrastructure.

As a senior Oracle DBA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high availability, performance, and security of our Oracle database environments, leveraging your extensive expertise in administration, tuning, and disaster recovery.

We are looking for a proactive and technically proficient individual with a robust background in production database support, capable of handling complex challenges and implementing robust solutions. Key Responsibilities

- Administer, monitor, and maintain complex Oracle database systems to ensure optimal performance, integrity, and availability.
- Implement and manage Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) and Data Guard for high availability and disaster recovery solutions.




- Perform comprehensive RMAN (Recovery Manager) backup and recovery operations, ensuring data consistency and recoverability.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot GoldenGate replication for real-time data synchronization and migration.
- Conduct advanced performance tuning and database optimization, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to enhance system efficiency.
- Utilize Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) for proactive monitoring, alerting, and management of the Oracle database landscape.
- Execute database upgrades, patching, and migrations across various Oracle versions with minimal downtime.
- Provide expert-level production database support, including incident resolution, problem management, and change implementation.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to design, implement, and support scalable database solutions.

Requirements

- Minimum of 9 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Database Administrator in a production environment.
- Profound expertise in Oracle Database Administration, including architecture, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Oracle RAC, Data Guard, RMAN, and GoldenGate technologies.
- Strong understanding of database performance tuning, SQL optimization, and capacity planning.
- Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager for database monitoring and lifecycle management.




- Solid knowledge of high availability and disaster recovery best practices for Oracle databases.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to articulate technical concepts and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
