- Resolve customer queries in real-time via chat and email platforms. - Maintain professional grammar, tone, and formatting in all written communication. - Meet key performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction scores. - Navigate multiple internal systems simultaneously to troubleshoot client issues.
