Strong analytical skills to interpret operational data, track performance metrics, and support process improvement.

Good communication skills to coordinate with store teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and management.

Interest or basic experience in sales and store operations.

Foundational knowledge of operations management and standard operating procedures.

Basic project management skills to assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking operational activities.

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Operations, Hospitality, or a related field.

Robust attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.





Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other productivity tools.

Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and adapt to flexible schedules as per business requirements.

Maintaining and updating store operation trackers and records.

Uploading and maintaining documents on the internal Pulse system.

Coordinating with stores to share required documents and collect necessary information.

Supporting consultants by providing required documents and maintaining organized records.

Assisting in preparing documentation and files for operational requirements.

Supporting urgent submissions to government offices when required.

Maintaining organized records of operational documents, notices, consultant documents, and related files.

Processing Purchase Orders (PO) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for consultant bills.

Supporting the HR and Operations team with day-to-day operational activities.

Coordinating with store teams and internal stakeholders for timely completion of assigned tasks.
