Operations & Instructional Design Intern

Key Responsibilities:

- Tracking google forms and schedule appointments and mentor allocation
- Use Excel to organize data sheets and keep data up to date on various master sheets and trackers.
- Perform data analysis and attain key insights from data.
- Present insights through effective data representation.
- Help to maintain the course trackers for various courses
- Manage course administration, including maintaining student rosters, monitoring records, and supporting guest faculty during sessions.
- Assist in deck preparation, research and design for various courses,
- Support in slide deck preparation and deck allocation for communication related training.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications





- Graduates from any discipline who are interested in course administration
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable organisational and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace/MS Office/Excel and basic digital communication tools.
